Yoga People Oneonta

Join Yoga People Oneonta on the lawn at Huntington Memorial Park for a thirty minute all-levels restorative yoga class taught by, and for, the queer/trans community. We will focus on building embodied self and community care with the use of gentle stretching and yoga props (provided). Class is taught by Chloe Diamond-Lenow, Ph.D, RYT-500 (she/they). Chloe's passiions are in movement and social justice, and she loves melding the two in creating healing yoga classes. They have been teaching yoga since 2013 and teach restorative and flow classes at Yoga People Oneonta and online for the Queer Gym. She is also an Assistant Professor of Women's and Gender Studies at SUNY Oneonta and teaches classes in Queer and Trans Studies.
